【摘要】 目的:研究非创伤性充填术(ART)治疗乳磨牙龋的临床效果,以探讨其临床价值。方法:收集临床初诊乳磨牙龋病例168例,按随机化原则分成两组,分别用牙钻和ART手用器械备洞充填治疗并对其疗效进行对比分析。结果:1年后复查ART组成功率是85.7%,对照组是89.3%,两组效果无显著性差异。结论:非创伤性充填术是较好的乳牙龋病治疗技术,操作简单易行,利于基层推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of ART in primary molars caries.Methods: 168 primary molars were collected and randomly divided into two groups.ART manual tools was used in the experimental group and burs was used in the control group.Results: Two groups showed no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: ART is a convenient and effective method to treat the primary molars caries.更多还原
