【摘要】 目的观察面颈和颈胸旋转皮瓣的临床应用效果。方法应用这2种皮瓣修复口腔颌面-头颈部肿瘤切除后缺损共计25例。结果1例皮瓣前端静脉淤血,表皮坏死,其余均成活。结论该皮瓣在口腔颌面-头颈部肿瘤切除后缺损的修复重建中仍具有良好的修复效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study application of cervicofacial and cervicothoracic rotation flaps in oromaxillofacial head and neck surgery.Methods 25 patients were chosen whose surgical defects in Oromaxillofacial Head & Neck region were constructed with the flaps.Results All the flaps survived.The front of the flap underwent epidermis necrosis in one case.Conclusion The flaps still play an important role in oromaxillofacial head & neck reconstruction.更多还原
