【摘要】 目的了解城市居民对社区卫生服务的需求及影响服务利用的因素,促进社区卫生服务持续发展.方法采用非概率方便抽样的方法,运用自编的结构式问卷和个人深入访谈调查205位居民,所得资料采用Epidata3.1录入,用SPSS13.0进行分析.结果有32.2%的被调查居民中不知道社区卫生服务;接受过服务的居民中大约40%对服务技术和项目不满意,70%对服务的态度和时间较满意;被调查居民对基本医疗服务、健康教育和保健服务需求较高;服务价格、技术等8个因素是主要影响因素.结论满足城市居民对社区卫生服务的需求,降低影响服务利用的不利因素,才能保障社区卫生服务的可持续健康发展.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand related factors of community health service needs and utilization among the city resident and to promote community health service sustainable development.Methods Through non-probability sampling,205 resident were inquired with the constructive questionnaire and individual-depth interview.All of the data were recorded in Epidata 3.1 and analyzed with SPSS13.0.Results Of the inquired resident 32.2% didnt’ know community health service;Among the received service resident,about 40% of them were not satisfied with the technology and items of health service,about 70% of them were satisfied with the attitude and time of health service;all of them had high needs for essential-medical and health education and older health care;The price and technology of health service etc 8 factors were important related factors.Conclusion To assure sustainable development of community health service,the needs of the resident should be satisfied and the adverse factors should be reduced.更多还原
