【摘要】 目的总结分析5a亲属活体肾移植供体评估选择经验.方法50例亲属活体肾移植供体,除6例为夫妻间供肾外,其余为血缘亲属供肾.其中男17例,女33例.所有供体术前进行系统评估,开放手术取肾,右肾15例,左肾35例.结果50例供体术后10d出院,1例发生切口脂肪液化.随访24个月,尿常规、血压、肾功能正常.结论术前对供体进行仔细全面综合评估,术中操作精细是亲属活体肾移植成功的保证.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce the clinical experience in evaluation of 50 relative living kidney donors.Methods 50 potential living donors(male 17,female 33)underwent fully preoperative systematic evaluation.6 donors were spouse,the others were in blood relationship.All donors received an open nephrectomy,in which 15 cases donated right kidneys and 35 cases donated left ones.Results All donors were discharged by ten days postoperatively.1 case had wound infection,These donors who were followed up for 24 months kept a normal renal function,normal blood pressure and good life quality.Conclusions Comprehensive accurate preoperative assessment of potential living renal donors who are candidates for open nephrectomy and fine intraoperative manipulation are critical for the success of relative living donor kidney transplantation.更多还原
