【摘要】 目的探讨云南汉族青少年体型特点与生长发育规律.方法应用Heath-Carter法,对云南7～19岁汉族2472名(男1230,女1242)青少年的体型进行研究.结果(1)男性体型总体以偏中胚型的外胚型最多,后依次为中胚-外胚均衡型、三胚中间型、偏外胚型的中胚型.女性体型总体以偏中胚型的内胚型最多,后依次是三胚中间型、均衡的外胚型、偏内胚型的外胚型.(2)同龄男女体型(除10岁和12岁组外)的性别差异有统计学意义,13岁以后性别差异更明显;男性体型分布较集中,女性体型分布较分散.结论云南汉族青少年男女体型生长发育存在着显著的差异.男性体型分布较集中,女性体型分布较分散.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the characteristics and regularities of somatotype growth of Yunnan Hannationality adolescents.Method The somatotype growth of 2 472(1 230 males,1 242 females)Hannationality adolescents in Yunnan was evaluated by Heath-Carter method.Results(1)The major somatotype ofmale adolescents was Mesomorphic Ectomorph,then was Mesomorph-Ectomorph and Central and EctomorphicMesomorph.The major somatotype of female adolescents was Mesomorphic Endomorph,then was Central andBalanced Ectomorph and Endomorphic Ectomorph.(2)Each group had significant sexual difference in thesomatotype except the group aged 10 and 12.The somatotype of male adolescents distributed concentratively,butthat of the female adolescents distributed dispersively.Conclusions The somatotype of Yunnan Han adolescentsis very different between male and female.The somatotype of male adolescents distributes concentratively,butthat of female adolescents distributes dispersively.更多还原
