【摘要】 目的探讨胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅱ(IGF-Ⅱ)对小鼠早期胚胎的影响,为人类胚胎培养系统的优化提供依据.方法在mKSOM培养基中加入不同浓度的IGF-Ⅱ,对小鼠1-细胞胚胎进行体外培养,观察囊胚发育率、孵化率及胚胎细胞数的变化.结果小鼠1-细胞胚胎体外培养120h后,IGF-Ⅱ添加组囊胚发育率、孵化率显著高于对照组,但囊胚细胞计数与对照组无明显差别.结论添加IGF-Ⅱ对小鼠胚胎发育具有一定的促进作用.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the influence of insulin-like growth factor-II(IGF-Ⅱ)on the development of mouse preimplantation embryo in vitro.Methods One-cell mouse embryos were cultured for 120 hours in the mKSOM media supplemented with IGF-Ⅱat different concentrations.The rate of development to blastocyst,hatched blastocyst and the cell number of each blastocyst were determined.Results IGF-Ⅱcaused a significant increase in the rate of blastocyst and hatched blastocyst,but no increase in the cell number of blastocyst was detected.Conclusion IGF-Ⅱcan promote the development of mouse preimplantation embryo in vitro.更多还原
