【摘要】 为了解傈僳族儿童体内金属元素铜、锰和钙的含量水平及其营养状况,采用原子吸收分光光度法测定了云南省傈僳族7～12岁健康儿童头发铜、锰和钙含量.被测儿童发铜含量为(7.07±2.08)μg/g,发锰含量为(3.23±1.89)μg/g,发钙含量为(1 081.52±366.06)μg/g.结果表明,该地区学龄儿童发铜、锰和钙的含量水平正常.男、女儿童发铜、锰含量比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);男、女儿童发钙含量比较有统计学意义(P<0.05).更多还原

【Abstract】 Through atomic absorption spectrophotometry(SSA),we determined the contents of metal elements of Cu、Mn and Ca in children’s hair of Lisu nationality during 7～12 years old in Yunnan,China,for knowing nutrient level of Cu,Mn and Ca in the children’s body.The results show that the content of Cu is(7.07±2.08) μg/g;the content of Mn is(3.23±1.89) μg/g;The content of Ca is(1 081.52±366.06)μg/g;The contents of Cu、Mn and Ca in the children’s body are normal.The contents of Cu and Mn between girls and boys showed not significant difference in statistics.The content of Ca between girls and boys showed significant difference in statistics.更多还原
