【摘要】 随着新农村建设的不断深入和城市化进程的强势挺进,新的城乡规划法的实施。很多原来城市规划控制区范围内的"城郊型"村庄也要求进行村庄规划。规划的农村因为物质条件较好,建设的愿望十分强烈,但是农村建设受到了城市建设的压抑。城市地域范围不断扩大,很多"城郊型"的村庄将变成明天的城市,此类村庄往往处于城市规划控制区范围内,村民的生产建设受到很多城市有关法规的限制。本文以湘潭市为例,探讨解决此类村庄规划的技术思路。更多还原
