【Abstract】 The paper analyzed the current difficulties in practice of pharmaceutical engineering specialty, subsequently, based on the experiences accumulated in directing workshop practice, some propositional solutions have been proposed. We put forward a new mode of combining practice with dissertation and obtaining employment in pharmaceutical engineering specialty.
