【摘要】 以《浙江农业科学》为例,以1998-2006年四大类农业产业产值结构相对比例作为对照,与农业科技期刊的稿件结构进行了对比分析。分析结果表明,从总体上看,稿件专业结构与产值相对比例间有较好的吻合程度。但同时也发现了报道结构调整中存在畜牧业稿件比例明显偏低;部分类别稿件调控不够到位;仍存在报道滞后现象;对非主导产业的报道缺乏调控的有效手段等问题。结合《浙江农业科学》稿件结构调整的实践经验,提出关注宏观政策导向,制定具有前瞻性的年度报道计划;注重产业科技引导,强化热点领域支撑科技报道;分析分流稿件竞争对手,制定结构平衡战略措施;缩短出版时滞,实现重点稿件快速刊登等对策措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper deals with an analysis on professional structure of manuscripts published in agricultural sci-tech periodicals which Journal of Zhejiang Agricultural Sciences is taken as an example and the output value structure of cereal crop,cash crop,horticulture and vegetables,as well husbandry as a contrast during a period of 1998-2006.Although results of the analysis showed that generally there were fitness relationships between professional structure of manuscripts and output value structure of the 4 corresponding aspects,some problems still existed such as amount of husbandry manuscripts in total published amount after adjusting the professional structure obviously lower as compared with the other 3 fields,manuscripts amount in some fields were not adjusted to fitness yet,still with somewhat hysteresis in publishing,and effective manners for adjust and control manuscript publishing for non-leading industries were short of,etc.From the practice and experience of manuscript structure adjustment of the Journal of Zhejiang Agricultural Sciences,following countermeasures were proposed,it is,concerning about macroeconomic policy guidance,developing annual report scheme characterized with forward-looking figures,and strengthening scientific and technological support on hot field reports,based on analysis of manuscript competitors which take part of diffluent manuscripts,developing strategic balance measures,and shortening the time of publication lag,realizing rapid publication of key manuscripts.更多还原
