数字图书馆对馆员继续教育的影响
Talking about the Influences of Digital Library on the Continuous Education of Librarians
【摘要】 论述了数字图书馆对传统图书馆的变革,并就数字图书馆馆员应具备的素质及馆员继续教育的途径与方法进行了探讨。
【Abstract】 This paper expounds digital library and the change of traditional library,and probes into the quality that librarians should possess and the approaches to the librarians’ continuous education.
