【摘要】 分别介绍了SCI,EI和ISTP三大检索系统,阐明了三大检索系统与科学研究和科学评价的关系。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces three major retrieval systems such as SCI,EI and ISTP,and expounds the relations among three major retrieval systems,scientific research and scientific evaluation.
