【Abstract】 The survey on 175 primary and secondary school principals,administrators and teachers suggests that they are not so satisfied with the new teachers’ professional accomplishment,which shows pre-service teacher training deficiencies of the curriculum system of higher teacher education. Such curriculum system needs reform urgently,and the goal is teachers’ professional development. Specifically speaking,higher normal curriculum reform must focus on nurturing pre-service teachers’ quality,tempering their practical wisdom,strengthen their research awareness and research capacity, and upgrading their professional consciousness.更多还原
