【Abstract】 Under the background of economic globalization,the development of industrial clusters has become an important strategic model.In perspective of dynamics,the concept of industrial clustering ability is defined.Considering the characteristic of lifecycle and systemic classification of influencing factors of clustering ability,"triple helix" model composed of enviroment,structure and corporate element is established.Finally,cultivating methods are summarized including government guide,construction of cooperation network and cultivation of key firms.更多还原
