【Abstract】 This paper first outlines the characteristics of knowledge sharing in project development,then it analyzes that the advantages and disadvantages of knowledge sharing face undermulti-sides participating,then puts forward the strategy of knowledge sharing in knowledgeencoding,team fusing and team integration.Finally,a knowledge sharing bionics system isconstructed based on ecology with respect to the implement of knowledge sharing and also theresearch direction in the future is presented.更多还原
