组织学习、知识创造与新产品开发绩效的关系研究

On the Relationships between Organizational Learning,Knowledge Creation and New Product Development Performance

【摘要】 新产品开发是一个高度的知识创造过程,而组织的学习能力则会显着地影响组织对知识的吸收、消化与运用。对组织学习、知识创造与新产品开发绩效之间的关系进行了研究,并选取我国华南地区的115家高科技企业作为实证研究对象。研究结果表明:①组织学习对知识创造有显著的直接正向影响;②组织学习对新产品开发绩效没有显著的直接正向影响;③知识创造对新产品开发绩效有显著的直接正向影响。

【Abstract】 New product development is a highly knowledge creation process, and organizational learning will remarkably impact on organizational’s knowledge absorption,assimilation and application. We examine the relationships among organizational learning, knowledge creation, and new product development performance in this paper. The sample of this study has 115 high-tech companies in south China. We proved that: (1)Organizational learning has a distinct direct positive impact on organizational’s knowledge creation;(2)Organizational learning do not have a distinct direct positive impact on new product development performance;(3)Knowledge creation has a distinct direct positive impact on organizational’s new product development performance.
