怀地黄叶的生药学研究

【摘要】 目的:对怀地黄叶(Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch)进行生药学研究。方法:采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别、理化鉴别的方法进行生药学研究。结果:地黄叶粉末,可观察到腺毛、非腺毛(2个~6个细胞不等)及螺纹导管;地黄叶横切片观察,可见明显的表皮细胞和栅栏组织,叶肉部分表皮细胞一层,椭圆形、长圆形,大小不等,上表皮下方有栅栏细胞一层,长柱形,大小较均匀。栅栏组织内布满散点状叶绿体,海绵组织内叶绿体较少,下表皮无栅栏组织,栅栏组织不通过叶脉。结论:地黄叶具有独特生药学特征,为生药地黄叶的鉴定、质量研究及开发应用提供了科学依据。

【Abstract】 Objective: To conduct pharmacognostical studies on leaves of the Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch.Methods: Pharmacognostical studies was conducted to identify Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch by its characteristics,by its physical and chemeical properties with the optical microscope.Results: Glandular hairs,non-glandular hairs(2~6 cells) and the spiral vessel were observed in the powder of Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch.Horizontal-cut leaf slices were observed,and epidermal cells and the Palisade tissue were obviously seen.Epidermal cells and Palisade tissues,long round,ranging from large and small,were observed in the mesophyll layer,Palisade tissues layer,a long column and the more uniform size,beneath the epidermal layer.Palisade tissues layer was covered with scattered spots chloroplast,the spongy tissue inside the chloroplast less,under the skin without the Palisade tissues layer,Palisade tissues layer didn’t go through the vein of leaves. Conclusion: The leaves of the Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch has the unique micro characteristic of Pharmaconosy.The study can be used as the scientific basis for identification,quality control and development of Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch.
