穿心莲超分子提取物的抗炎作用机制研究
Study on Anti-inflammation mechanism of supramolecular extract from Andrographis paniculata(Burm.f.) Nees.
【摘要】 目的:研究穿心莲超分子提取物(SEA)的抗炎作用机制。方法:采用蛋清致炎模型测定炎症渗出液中丙二醛(MDA)含量和血清中SOD,CAT活力;醋酸所致小鼠腹腔炎症测定渗出液中PGE2的含量。结果:穿心莲超分子提取物能够显著降低炎症渗出液中PGE2和MDA含量,显著提高小鼠血清SOD和红细胞CAT活力。结论::穿心莲超分子提取物抗炎作用可能是通过抑制环氧化酶(COX)、抗自由基、抗氧化作用实现的。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory mechanism of supramolecular extract from Andrographis paniculata(Burm.f.) Nees.(SEA).Methods: The model of paw edema induced by egg white was used to determine the effect of SEA on the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in the exudates and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in serum and catalase(CAT) in red blood cell;peritonitis induced by Acetic Acid was used to determine the effect of SEA on the content of prostaglandin E2(PGE2).Results: We found that the contents of MDA and PGE2 in the exudates in the groups treated by SEA were much lower than those in the control group.In addition,the activities of SOD in serum and CAT in red blood cell were enhanced by SEA.Conclusion: The mechanism involved in the anti-inflammation of SEA is partly due to the influence on cyclooxygenase(COX) and the synthesis or release of free radical.
