【Abstract】 Along with the economic development in China,urban land price has been rising continually in recent years and has been impractically high in land market.The impractically high land price has been one of the major problems in the land market of China.This article analyzes its causes from three aspects: intrinsic factors of the land,the economy and the system,and then shows the harms of impractically high price to China,and proposes the counter measures briefly.更多还原
