【Abstract】 The DJ-1 multi-functional cleanser is a new type of catalyst developed for the removal by purification of COS,CS,HCN and O2;it has the various functions of sulfur resistance and deokidation,hydrolytic conversion of COS,CS2 conversion,and HCN removal;and it is used extensively in the purification of feed gases in the methanol,acetic acid,power plant gas and DMF systems.The optimal service temperature of the cleanser is 150～200 ℃,and then the deoxidation rate is >90%,the conversion of COS>80%,the conversion of CS2>90%,and the removal of HCN>80%.更多还原
