【Abstract】 The grade of rutile in raw ore is low,and the disseminated size of the rutile is fine.Therefore,it is a fine-grained refractory rutile ore.A series of experimental researches on mineral processing method for the rutile ore were carried out.By using the process of discarding tailings via flotation as a preliminary operation,the quantity of throwing-off tailings amounted to 72.27%.Then,the gravity separation,regrinding and acid leaching of the rough concentrate,and the flotation separation were performed respectively.Finally,a qualified rutile concentrate was obtained in which the grade of TiO2 is 90.28%,and the recovery of TiO2 is 47.37%.更多还原
