某难选金红石矿选矿试验研究
Experimental Research on the Mineral Processing Technology for a Refractory Rutile Ore
【摘要】 某金红石矿品位较低,嵌布粒度细,属难选微细粒金红石矿。本文采用浮选抛尾作为金红石选别的预选作业,可一次性抛尾72.27%;抛尾后的粗精矿再采用重选、再磨酸浸、浮选的工艺流程,获得了含TiO290.28%、回收率为47.37%的金红石精矿。
【Abstract】 The grade of rutile in raw ore is low,and the disseminated size of the rutile is fine.Therefore,it is a fine-grained refractory rutile ore.A series of experimental researches on mineral processing method for the rutile ore were carried out.By using the process of discarding tailings via flotation as a preliminary operation,the quantity of throwing-off tailings amounted to 72.27%.Then,the gravity separation,regrinding and acid leaching of the rough concentrate,and the flotation separation were performed respectively.Finally,a qualified rutile concentrate was obtained in which the grade of TiO2 is 90.28%,and the recovery of TiO2 is 47.37%.
