提升高速公路勘察设计质量的五要素

【摘要】 以往有关探索提升高速公路勘察设计产品质量的议论有不少的讨论。笔者根据多年勘察设计的实践经验,试图从另一个角度进行总结,找出了人才、科技、管理、法制、文化五要素,笔者认为,这才是提升勘察设计产品质量的真正动力。本文就五要素在提升高速公路勘察设计质量中的位置和作用以及对五要素本身的丰富与创新作了一些初步的认识和探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 On newspapers and magazines there aren’t few discussions concerning how to improve the survey and design product quality of expressway. Enriched with practical experience on survey and design,the author,from a different view,proves that the five key elements of personnel,science & technology,management,legality and culture are the primary motive force for improving the survey and design product quality. This paper presents some initial understanding and study on the role and effect of the five elements in improving survey and design quality of expressway as well as their important significance and potential creation.更多还原
