【Abstract】 A new species, Oxybelus nigrilamellatus, sp. nov., from Tibet Autonomous Region, China, is described in this paper. The type specimen is deposited in the Insect Collections of Yunnan Agricultural University. Oxybelus nigrilamellatus Li et Li, sp. nov. (Figs. 1~4) The new species is similar to O. mandibularis Dahlbom (1845). It can be easily distinguished from the latter by the following characters: trace of 1r present (Figs. 2); abdominal tergum sparsely punctate; mid dorsal portion of gonostyle with a broad depression (Figs. 4); mandible reddish brown apically; last segment of antennae light yellow; pronotum, scutum, scutellum, squamae and mucro black; fore tibiae and tarsi with a slender yellow band, tarsus V of fore leg reddish brown, other portion of fore leg, and mid and hind legs whole black.
