【摘要】 目的建立独一味滴丸中木犀草素含量的测定方法。方法以木犀草素为对照品,采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Inerstil ODS-3(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),流动相:0.1%磷酸甲醇溶液-0.1%磷酸水溶液(51∶49),流速:1.0 mL.min-1,测定波长:350 nm,柱温:30℃。结果在上述HPLC条件下,木犀草素色谱峰与制剂中其它组分色谱峰基本达到基线分离;按木犀草素峰计算,其理论板数不低于1 500。结论该方法准确、可靠,重现性好,加样回收率高,能够有效地评价独一味滴丸的制剂质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for determination of luteolin in Duyiwei dropping pills.Methods HPLC was was used on Inerstil ODS-3 column(5 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),mobile phase was 0.1% phosphoric acid methanol solution-0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution(51∶ 49) with 1.0 mL·min-1 of flow rate,detection wavelength was at 350nm and the column temperature was at 30℃.Results The linear range of luteolin was 1.96~17.64 g·mL-1(r =0.999 9).The average recovery of the method was 100.3%.Conclusion This method was proved to be highly specia,l sensitive and repeatable,and it can be used as a quantitive method for controlling the quality of the Duyiwei drop pills.更多还原
