【摘要】 目的探讨巨大卵巢囊腺瘤的CT表现及多平面重建(MPR)在其诊断中的作用。方法回顾性分析5例直径超过25 cm的巨大卵巢囊腺瘤的CT表现及MPR特征。结果螺旋CT扫描MPR重建能较清楚的显示囊肿的大体轮廓及与邻近器官的关系。结论螺旋CT扫描MPR重建在巨大卵巢囊腺瘤定位诊断中具有重要的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of MPR of spiral CT scanning in the diagnosis for huge ovarian cystadenomas.Methods CT images of MPR in 5 patients with huge ovarian cystadenomas were analyzed retrospectively.Results MPR can clearly show the outline of huge ovarian cystadenomas and the relation to adjent organs.Conclusions MPR of spiral CT scanning show high value in the diagnosis of huge ovarian cystadenomas.更多还原
