【摘要】 目的评价解剖型髁支持钢板治疗股骨远端复杂骨折的疗效。方法采用解剖型髁支持钢板治疗股骨远端复杂骨折18例,AO分型为C2、C3型,回顾分析相关的临床资料。结果18例骨折经4~24个月随访,骨折均获愈合。螺钉松动、钢板断裂等并发症。膝关节功能,优13例,良2例,中3例,优良率83.3%。结论解剖型髁支持钢板固定可靠,有利于膝关节功能早期恢复,对股骨远端复杂骨折,尤其是C2、C3型骨折具有明显优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical results of condylar buttress plate in the treatment of complicated distal femoral fractures.Methods A retrospective study was done on the clinical data of 18 patients with complicated distal femoral fractures; the AO classification is: 6 cases belonged to type C2 and 12 cases belonged to type C3. Results All the 18 cases were followed up for a certain period of time ranging from 4 to 24 months. All the fractures got united without complications of screw loosening or plate breakage. The excellent rate of the knee function recovery was 83.3%.Conclusions The condylar buttress plate gives reliable fixation and facilitates rehabilitation of the knee. It is suitable for complicated distal femoral fractures, especially for AO classification of type C2 and C3.更多还原
