【Abstract】 The paper studies the relation of the velocity,the flow and the accident rate in the expressway,finds that the cart proportion and the velocity standard deviation has the strong relation with the accident rate,verifies that the cart is main influencing factor of the expressway safety and the efficient operation,emphasizes that strengthening safety management of the cart is the main contents of improving the traffic safety level of the expressway.更多还原
