【Abstract】 Outdoor emergency evacuation is a new escaping method during building fire under the rigorous situation of safety evacuation.In this article,the significance of advocating the outdoor emergency evacuation is explained and the basic information about emergency rescue facilities at home and abroad is introduced including relative laws and codes,market situation,actual application and so on.Besides,some suggestions for popularizing the outdoor emergency concept as well as the emergency rescue facilities are proposed.更多还原
