【Abstract】 Based on discussion about essentials of the valid control of project cost separately in three phases,which are project decision-making,design and construction. Feasibility study is the most important in the phase of project decision-making;however,creativity,coorperation and operation mechanism are emphasized in the phase of design. This paper offered propositions to control project cost validly which are to control of project cost mainly in the phases of project decision-making and design and to improve the ability of designers.更多还原
