【Abstract】 Enterprise’s sustainable development depends on its core competence,and enterprise’s core competence comes from information and knowledge sharing based on common experience all over enterprise. Construction enterprise belongs to enterprise based on project,so its core competence lies in its ability of enterprise project management,enterprise project management can cause all projects and function department cooperative and coordination through communication,and this requires change from single project management to programme management,thus construction enterprise can achieve scale economics.
