【摘要】 探讨了Mapinfo软件和Surfer软件结合在城镇土地定级中的应用技术,利用空间数据内插原理和样条圆滑技术对数据进行了有效处理。最后以安徽省宿州市为例,选取了商业出租样点,成功生成了地价等值线,并对等值线进行了平滑、去岛处理,最终得出以价定级的初始级别图。结果表明,利用Mapinfo和Surfer软件结合进行城镇土地定级,操作简单,效率高,地价等值线能较好地反映实际地价分布。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper discussed the combination of Mapinfo and Surfer applying to the urban land grading. The method of spatial data interpolation and spline tact was used to process the data effectively. Taking Suzhou city, Anhui province as a case study, this paper studied commercial lease samples and created land price contour lines. After smoothing the contour lines and processed the island, the map of land grade was formed. The result shows that land price contour lines can reflect the practical land price distribution. And it is practical and efficient to apply the Mapinfo and Surfer to urban land grading.更多还原
