水泥基石墨钢纤维复合材料性能研究
Study on the properties of cement based graphite steel fiber composite material
【摘要】 利用钢纤维和石墨为导电相,采用水泥砂浆渗浇方法,成功配制出水泥及导电复合材料,即石墨水泥砂浆渗浇钢纤维混凝土(Graphite Slurry Infiltrated Fiber Concrete,简称GSIFCON)。研究了石墨和钢纤维掺量对GSIFCON电阻率的影响规律,以及GSIFCON通电升温规律。试验结果表明,石墨及钢纤维掺量对GSIFCON电阻率的影响均有明显的渗滤阈值存在。当石墨和钢纤维掺量在达渗滤阈值时,可使GSIFCON的电阻率降低约100倍。在66.66V/m电压降的绝热条件下,GSIFCON的温升速度可达10℃/h左右。本文对GSIFCON材料的电阻率变化机理进行了分析,提出了GSIFCON导电原理模型。
【Abstract】 The properties and mechanism of the electrical conductivity of graphite slurry infiltrated fiber concrete(GSIFCON) are investigated systematically.The effects of different contents of graphite on the slurry fluidity and mechanical performance of GSIFCON are studied experimentally.The optimum content of graphite addition is selected.The variations of electrical resistivity and temperature rising of GSIFCON using both DC and AC power are evaluated.The results of the tests indicate that the contents of graphite which affect the electrical resistivity of GSIFCON have clear percolation values.The electrical resistivity of GSIFCON drops about 100 times when the content of graphite reaches the percolation value.The temperature rising speed comes about 10℃/h under the condition of heat insulation with voltage drop 66.66 V/m.With the analyses of the mechanism of variations of electrical resistivity of GSIFCON,the electrical conductive mechanism models of GSIFCON are proposed.
