【摘要】 论述如何使用地理信息及三维可视技术为引滦入津工程的维护管理、实时检测、自动化监控、输水优化评价、预测、调度指挥以及决策支持提供可靠的依据和现代化手段。在地理信息系统(Geographic Information System,GIS)平台上,以包括数字高程模型DEM,数字线划图DLG,数字栅格图DRG,数字正射影像图DOM等的基础地理信息,以及引水工程技术信息、水文水质信息、水雨情信息、社会经济信息等信息为基础信息平台,将水文水质监测、自动化监控、水雨情自动测报、输水优化调度系统、专家系统及空间分析系统有机地结合。从宏观上提高了工程管理工作的科学化、规范化水平,实现引滦工程的实时化、可视化和网络化管理。

【Abstract】 By making use of the geography information system(GIS)and three-dimensional visual techniques to the project of Tianjin water transferring from Luanhe River,some reliable foundation and modern instruments can be provided for maintenance management,real-time detection,automatic control,optimizing estimation in water supply,forecast,control and superintending,as well as decision-making support.On the platform of GIS,based on the basic geography information including digital elevation model(DEM),digital line graph(DLG),digital grid graph(DRG),digital orthophoto map(DOM),as well as the basic information platform like water transfer project technical information,hydrological and water quality information,water and raining information,social economic information and so on.Hydrological and water quality monitoring,automatization control,raining information automatic forecast,water supply optimized dispatching system,expert system and spatial analysis system will be organically combined together.According to this,the scientific and standardize level in project management can be improved and realtime visual as well as network management can be realized in macroscopic view.
