基于机器视觉和Labview的磁环在线自动检测系统
On-line Magnetic Looppart Inspection System Based on Machine Vision and Labview
【摘要】 针对磁环人工检测存在效率低、精度低、主观因素影响大、浪费大量劳动力等种种弊端,介绍了运用机器视觉技术和IMAQVision强大的图像处理功能在Labview虚拟仪器平台上开发的磁环在线检测系统;该系统主要通过图像采集卡和CCD采集图像,然后对采集到的图像进行适当的图像处理和分析,如模板匹配、图像提取、阈值分割、滤波、形态学膨胀、腐蚀等,实现对磁环质量的在线自动检测;实践证明,系统的高效性、非接触性、精确性、稳定性、可控性在对磁环产品的质量检测和控制中发挥了重大作用,具有广阔的发展和应用前景。
【Abstract】 To overcome the disadvantages of inefficient,low accuracy,subjective factors,and wasting a lot of labor in artificial detections,with exertion of the machine vision technique to develop the on-line magnetic loop inspection system with IMAQ Vision toolset in Labview(a virtual instrument platform),and a powerful image processing function,IMAQ Vision,to process and analyse properly the image acquired by CCD,such as pattern matching,image extraction,threshold segmentation,filters,gray morphology and so forth.The practice shows that the high efficiency,non-contact,accuracy,stability,controllability of the system played a major role in qua-lity certification and control of magnetic looppart productions,and the system has broad prospects for development and application.
