中药生产提取工段模糊控制研究
Fuzzy Control for Withdrawing Procedure of Chinese Traditional Medicine
【摘要】 中药生产过程提取工段的是一个复杂的工业过程,为了充分提取药材中的有效成分,提高产品质量,提出了具有人工智能的模糊控制;该控制方法通过分析实时运行参数,计算出系统中各设备的控制量,并自动调整模糊控制规则,从而使控制参数按照预定输出达到最优值;仿真结果表明,此控制系统使中药生产提取过程取得了良好的控制效果,稳定并提高了产品质量。
【Abstract】 The Withdrawing Procedure of Chinese Traditional Medicine is a complex Procedure.In order to distill the available component completely and improve the product quality,a Self-learning Fuzzy Control is proposed,which is an artificial intelligence control algorithm.The algorithm calculates all the values for control by studying the parameters,and the control rules can be automatic adjusted online by studying the control values,which make the control values reach the best.The simulation results show that the system can attain perfect control precision,improve and stabilize the product quality.
