解脲支原体液体培养及药物敏感性分析

【摘要】 目的了解解脲支原体(Uu)检出情况及耐药现状。方法采用法国生物梅里埃Mycoplasma IST试剂盒进行Uu分离培养及药敏检测。结果3600例标本中1505例阳性,阳性率为41.8%,其中男性标本阳性率为28.5%,女性阳性率为46.1%,男、女阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ2=26.18,P<0.05)。在9种抗菌药物中,耐药率最高的为环丙沙星,为81.5%,耐药率最低的为交沙霉素及原始霉素,耐药率均为0.0%。结论在泌尿生殖道标本中,Uu检出率较高,应引起临床医生重视。合理使用抗菌药物对延缓Uu耐药性发展十分重要。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the detection rate of Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu)and its drug resistence status in our hospital.Methods The strain identification and drug susceptibility of Uu was performed by Mycoplasma IST kit produced by bioMerieux.Results The positive rate of Uu was 41.8%(1 505/3 600).The positive rate of females(46.1%)was obviously higher than that of males(28.5%)(χ2=26.18,P<0.05).The drug-resistant rate of Uu to ciprofloxacin was the highest(81.5%);the drug-resistant rate of Uu to josamycin and pristinamycin was the lowest(0%).Conclusion There is high detection rate of Uu in samples from genitourinary tract,which should be paid more attention.In order to slow down the drug resistence of Uu,reasonable and effective usage of antibacterials is very important.
