【摘要】 目的探讨同型半胱氨酸(tHcy)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]和D-二聚体(DD)与冠心病的关系。方法检测160例冠心病患者血清tHcy、hs-CRP、Lp(a)和血浆DD水平,并选择健康人群80例作为对照组。结果冠心病患者血清tHcy、hs-CRP、Lp(a)和血浆DD水平显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。结论联合检测血清tHcy、hs-CRP、Lp(a)和血浆DD水平的变化,对冠心病的预防和早期诊断及动态监测有着十分重要的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship of four items of parameters including total homocysteine (tHcy), high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), lipoprotein (a) [LP (a)],D-dimer (DD) and coronary heart disease.Methods 160 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) (CHD group) and 80 healthy people (control group) were enrolled in the investigation. The concentrations of serum tHcy, hs-CRP, LP (a) and plasma DD were detected in all subjects.Results The concentrations of serum tHcy, hs-CRP, LP (a) and plasma DD in CHD group were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Combined detection of serum tHcy, hs-CRP, LP (a) and plasma DD has very important clinical value in the prophylaxis, early diagnosis and dynamic monitoring of coronary heart disease.更多还原
