【摘要】 目的通过对男女性不育患者解脲支原体(Uu)的检测,进一步证明Uu是导致不育的原因之一。方法采用法国生物梅里埃公司生产的MycoplasmaIST试剂盒,对144例男女性不育患者及69例健康已生育者进行Uu对比检验,并对Uu阳性患者给予敏感抗生素治疗。结果89例不孕女性中Uu感染43例,感染率48.3%;55例不育男性中Uu感染27例,感染率49.1%。对照组女性38例,Uu阳性7例,感染率18.4;男性31例,Uu阳性2例,感染率6.45%。经对45对夫妇Uu阳性患者抗生素治疗4~6个月随访,受孕妇女由12人(26.6%)增加至19人(42.2%)。结论Uu可干扰精子顶体反应而影响受孕,产生与唾液酶抗体反应的物质干扰受精及受精卵发育等。男性Uu阳性组与健康对照组精子常规检验的各项指标比较均有明显差异。证实Uu感染使精子质量受到影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To further prove that the infection of ureaplasm urealyticum(Uu) is one of the causes leading to infertility by detecting Uu in the male and female patients with infertility.Methods The MycoplasmIST reagents kit made by bioMerieux Company was adopted. The comparison was conducted between 144 cases of infertility and 69 cases of normal fertility. The sensitive antibiotics were used to treat the Uu positive cases.Results Among 144 infertility patients, 43 cases of 89 female patients were infected by Uu with the infection rate of 48.3%.The number of male infertility patients was 55, including 27 Uu positive cases with the infection rate of 49.1%. Among the control group, there were 38 females including 7 Uu positive cases with the infection rate of 18.4% and 31 males including 2 Uu positive cases with the infection rate of 6.45%.45 Uu positive couples were followed up after the antibiotic treatment of 4 to 6 months. The results showed the number of pregnant women increased from 12 (26.6%) to 19 (42.2%).Conclusion Of 43 cases of female infertility, 17 got spontaneous abortion at least once, accounting for 37%. Uu can affect pregnancy by disturbing acrosomal reaction of the sperm. The Uu can also produce a kind of matter disturbing fertilization and the growth of oosperm. There are significant differences in all testing indexes of sperm between Uu positive male patients and healthy controls. It proves that the sperm quality is affected by Uu infection.更多还原
