【摘要】 培养并提高学生的创新精神和创新能力是高等职业教育的重要目标。高职学生创新能力培养目标应集中体现在发展创新思维、培育创新个性、增强创新实践三个方面。培养的途径和方法主要有重新设计课程体系,如建立"四位一体"职业能力培养系列课程、强化人文与素质教育系列课程、增强创业教育课程、开发创新思维训练系列课程、扶持科技创新活动课程;重新界定教学内容,在教学实施中选取有效的、最新的、最贴近未来职业岗位的知识和技能,并通过典型工作任务模拟的方式内化为其能力;改革教学方法;建立鼓励创新的科学评价机制;营造激发创新精神的环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 To cultivate and improve students’ innovative spirit and ability should be the important objective of higher vocational education. The cultivation objective of the innovative ability of higher vocational institutes students should focus on improving innovative thinking, cultivating innovative character and strengthening innovative practice. The cultivation approaches are mainly as follows: to re-design curriculum system, such as establishing quaternary vocational ability cultivation series curriculum, intensifying humanistic and quality-oriented education series curriculum, strengthening enterprise education curriculum, developing innovative thinking training series curriculum and supporting technologically innovative activities; to re-define the teaching contents and choose effective, latest knowledge and skills which are the closest to the future professional post in the teaching practice, and internalize as its ability through the simulative way of typical working task; to reform teaching methods, to establish the scientific evaluation mechanism of encouraging innovation, as well as to create the environment of stimulating innovative spirits.更多还原
