【摘要】 目的探讨出生缺陷的产前检查及干预措施,从而降低其发生率。方法对48例出生缺陷儿的产前检查情况、诊断时期及出生缺陷儿的转归等资料进行分析。结果48例严重出生缺陷新生儿中产前B超诊断阳性20例,均在孕晚期诊断,医疗干预治疗性引产10例,7天内出生缺陷新生儿死亡11例。结论加强孕期保健和产前检查以及及时的干预,可以减少新生儿出生缺陷发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the prenatal diagnosis of birth defects and the intervention measures so as to reduce the incidence.Methods An analysis was made to clinical data of 48 cases with birth defects,including the prenatal examination,the diagnosing time and the outcome of birth defect.Results Out of the 48 cases with severe birth defects,20 cases in late duration of pregnancy were ultrasonically diagnosed positive;induced labor was performed to 10 cases,and 11 cases died within 7 days after birth.Conclusions The incidence of birth defects can be reduced by providing good health care for the pregnant,improving prenatal diagnosis and taking intervention measures on time.更多还原
