【Abstract】 The wireless voice recorder on locomotive is a special device used for recording the voice communication between drivers and control centre.It is one of the key devices of "Black Box" system on locomotive.Because of the limited recording capability,and the out-of-date voice processing routine and transmission protocols,current wireless voice recorders would not meet the requirement of the modernization of Chinese railway in the near future.In this paper,we present a novel hifi voice recorder with G.726 voice processing module,large Flash storage and USB2.0 transmission protocol support.This new device resolves effectively the disadvantages of the current devices on active duty the poor voice quality,small storage capability,slow transmission speed and complex operation,etc.更多还原
