磨屑图像智能识别系统研究与实现
THE STUDY AND REALIZATION OF INTELLIGENT RECOGNITION SYSTEM OF DEBRIS IMAGE
【摘要】 针对传统的铁谱分析方法依靠分析人员目测,要求分析人员具有相当的经验,而且分析结果误差较大,在Windows98平台上,以Visual C++6.0为开发工具开发了磨屑图像智能识别系统。该系统能够快速、准确地对磨屑种类、形状以及粒度进行分析与识别,大大提高了分析的效率性和准确性。本系统现已应用于南京扬子石化公司,经使用达到了预期的目的,取得了良好的效果。
【Abstract】 The traditional ferrographic analysis method recognizes debris image by experienced workers,and the analytical result is inaccurate.Hereby,an intelligent recognition system of debris image is developed using VC++6.0 in Windows98.This system can fleetly and accurately recognized the variety,shape and granularity of debris,and thus,the efficiency and veracity of the analysis is improved greatly.The system is applied by Yangzi Petrochemical Corporation.It turns out that this system meets the prospective goals and achieves good effect.
