【摘要】 由于题库建设在高等教育自学考试工作中的重要地位,《高等教育自学考试暂行条例》把"逐步建立题库"写进了第四章考试办法的第十七条。自学考试对命题方式的认识经历一个过程,首先是全国考办开展题库建设的试点,其次是题库建设研究纳入全国考委"七五"、"八五"等科研规划的重点研究内容,最后是全国考办及时组织了自学考试题库建设的经验总结、交流和推广。题库建设改变了传统的经验命题方式,使试卷质量得到保证,是科学命题和命题安全的基本保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of topic pool plays an important role in the Self-taught higher education examinations.Therefore, "constructing topic pool gradually" is writtten in article 17 of charpter four concerning examination methods by the provisional regulations of the Self-taught higher education examinations. The Self-taught higher education examinations has gone through the process to be familiar with the way of topics assigning. First, the State Office of the Self-taught higher education examinations makes experiments of constructing topic pool; second, the construction of topic pool becomes the important content of the scientific research plan of the state examination committee during the period of Seventh and Eighth Five-Year Plan; finally, the State Office of the Self-taught higher education examinations organizes a meeting to sum up, exchange and spread experiences of the construction of topic pool.The construction of topic pool changes the traditional way of assigning topics based on experiences and guarantee the quality of examination papers,which is essential for assigning topics scientifically and safely.更多还原
