【摘要】 目的:探讨早期睾丸精原细胞瘤术后放射治疗的临床疗效和影响远期生存率因素。方法:96例睾丸精原细胞瘤患者中,Ⅰ期75例,Ⅱ期21例;术后放疗剂量Ⅰ期26Gy,Ⅱ期30~40Gy。结果:Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期5年、10年、15和20年生存率分别为97.3%和76.2%、94.7%和66.7%、92.9%和58.8%、90.5%和53.8%;Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期之间生存率有极显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论:早期睾丸精原细胞瘤术后常规照射盆腔和腹腔淋巴引流区是安全有效的,影响生存率的主要因素是临床分期,其次是照射剂量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analysis the long-term effect and prognosis factors with postoperative irradiation in testicular seminoma.Methods: 96 patients were treated by surgery and radiotherapy after operation.There were 75 cases in stage Ⅰ,21 in stage Ⅱ.All of them were confirmed by pathology.The doses were given 26～40Gy in postoperation.Results: The survival in 5,10,15 and 20 years were 97.3% and 76.2%、 94.7% and 66.7%、 92.9% and 58.8%、 90.5% and 53.8% in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ respectively(P<0.001).Conclusions: The testicular seminoma in postoperative should be radiated the lymphatic nodes of pelvic and abdominal cavity.We identify the stage of the primary tumor and doses of radiotherapy as important prognostic factor,and emphasize that surgery and postoperative radiotherapy will be the first choice of stage Ⅰand Ⅱ.更多还原
