250℃航空电机自粘磁钢片用粘合剂的研制
Development of Adhesive Agent for the Self-adhesion of Aero Dynamo Magnetic Steel Plates
【摘要】 为解决国内无法生产航空电机用自粘磁钢片的难题,用均苯四甲酸二酐和二氨基二苯醚合成一种耐高温聚酰亚胺粘合剂,配合相应的处理工艺,制成一种耐250℃的自粘性磁钢片,成功应用于航空、航天等高科技领域。在200℃环境温度下,可以使电机的工作温度降低30℃,接近国外同类产品水平。
【Abstract】 A high temperature resistant polyimide adhesive agent was synthesized by pyromellitic dianhydride and 4,4-diamino diphenyl ether in order for the self-adhesion of aero dynamo magnetic steel plates.A type of self-adhesive magnetic steel plate that can withstand 250 ℃ was made on the basis of the adhesive agent and feasible treatment process.The application of the product can lower the working temperature of the motor by 30 ℃ under the ambient temperature condition of 200 ℃,which is close to the quality of similar overseas product and can be used in aviation and spaceflight field.
