【摘要】 通过对国内外消费者的食品营养知识、态度和行为的KAP研究状况进行分析,本文认为我国消费者中存在着食品营养知识缺乏、行为令人担忧,但食品营养态度较为积极的状况。同时,对不同人口特征下消费者食品营养的KAP差异、影响因素等进行分析,显示出对消费者营养知识的普及教育、营养立法及营养监管等的必要性。更多还原

【Abstract】 By analyzing the KAP of food and nutrition at home and abroad among the consumers,the article indicated that they were lack of knowledge and their behavior was in danger in our country,but their attitude was positive.At the same time,on the base of the difference demographics of the consumers and the influencing factors,it can be found that it’s necessary to carry out education on the nutrition knowledge,food and nutrition legislative and supervision for the consumers.更多还原
