【摘要】 目的探讨在体外循环手术中使用沐舒坦对肺保护的。方法取体外循环阻断时间超过40min的30例患者的血清标本,随机分为沐舒坦组(n=15)和空白对照组(n=15)。沐舒坦组在预充液中加入沐舒坦,对照组中仅加入等量生理盐水。进行心内畸形矫治。抽取两组病人在麻醉前,主动脉开放时(0h),开放后6h,12h以及24h时2ml动脉血,分别测得白介素8(IL-8)和丙二醛(MDA)的值。并抽取动脉血进行血气分析,计算各时间的呼吸指数以及氧合指数,记录气道峰压并进行统计分析,比较两组的差别和关系。结果各种炎性细胞因子在术后均明显增高,MDA、IL-8术后0h,6h,12h和24h时沐舒坦组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。RI、QI在术后0h,6h,12h和24h时沐舒坦组要好于对照组;沐舒坦组术后0、6、12h时,气道压均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在体外循环中使用沐舒坦有一定的肺保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of lung protection by using ambroxol during cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB).Methods The serum specimens of 30 patients that cross-aorta time more than 40 minutes in CPB were divided the into ambroxol group(n=15) and control group(n=15)at randomly.The ambroxol group add ambroxol in priming solution,and the control group only add tales doses of normal saline.All the abnormities be corrected under CPB.Take 2ml arterial blood at preanesthesia time,0h,6h,12h and 24h after CPB,Get the values of interleukin-8 (IL-8) and malonaldehyde(MDA)of different times.And do arterial blood gas analysis,calculate respiratory index(RI)and oxygenation index(QI) at different times,do statistical analysis,Then compare differences and relationships between the two groups.Results All the cytokines raise up after operation,The MDA and IL-8 of ambroxol group are lower than that of control group at 0h,6h,12h and 24h after CPB(P<0.05).The QI and RI of ambroxol group are better than that of control group at 0h,6h, 12h and 24h after CPB. The peak airway pressures of ambroxol group are lower than of control group at 0h,6h and 12h after CPB(P<0.05).Conclusion Ambroxol can play a role of protecting lung during CPB.更多还原
