铜钴合金单膜电化学溶解造液试验研究

【摘要】 在酸性条件下H2O/O2及Fe3+/Fe2+的平衡电位远正于H+/H2和Cu2+/Cu。采用阴离子膜分隔阴、阳极室,以空气作氧化剂,使氧在阴极放电或氧化二价铁离子成三价,三价铁离子在阴极表面放电,实现铜钴合金单膜低压电溶解。实验确定的工艺条件为:槽电压0.32~0.55V,温度为60℃,相邻两极表面间距3cm,阴极室H2SO4浓度35g/L,FeSO4浓度76g/L,鼓氧充足,阳极室H2SO4浓度25g/L,实验电流密度可达300~500A/m2,电流效率达98.7%。

【Abstract】 The equilibrium potentials of H2O/O2 and Fe3+/Fe2+ are much greater than those of Cu2+/Cu in acid solution,by which oxygen can be reduced or oxidize iron(II) to iron(III) on cathode electrode.Then follows the reduction of iron(III) on the same electrode when oxygen is used to be the oxidant and cathode and anode chamber are separated via anion exchange membrane.This process makes single membrane and low potential dissolution possible,and also holds advantages of less solution and lower electricity consumption.The technical conditions selected are as follows: tank voltage is 0.32~0.55 V,temperature 60 ℃,electrodes gap 3 cm,H2SO4 and FeSO4 concentrations in cathode chamber is 35 g/L and 76 g/L respectively,H2SO4 concentration in anode chamber is 25 g/L with enough oxygen supply.Ion concentration is controlled to crystallization-free.Current density and current efficiency reach 300~500 A/m2 and 98.7 % respectively.
