主动悬架和电动助力转向系统机械与控制参数集成优化

【摘要】 在建立汽车悬架和转向动力学模型的基础上,设计主动悬架和电动助力转向的集成控制系统。针对传统先设计结构参数后设计控制器易造成系统失去全局最优性能的特点,提出一种基于模拟退火的结构和控制器集成优化设计方法,将主动悬架和电动助力转向系统的主要机械结构参数和控制器的部分参数作为设计变量,以汽车的综合动力学指标为目标函数,进行同时优化。仿真计算和试验结果表明此方法与传统设计方法相比,对提高汽车操纵稳定性、行驶平顺性、操纵轻便性和安全性等综合性能具有较好的效果。

【Abstract】 Based on the dynamic model of automobile suspension and steering,an integrated control system of the active-suspension and electric power steering is established.Considering global optimal performance cannot be guaranteed by using the traditional method, i.e.designing structure parameters before designing controller parameters,the method of simultaneous optimization design of structure and controller based on simulated annealing algorithm is presented.Simultaneously optimization is carried out by taking the main mechanical structure parameters of the active-suspension and electric power steering system and a part of parameters of the controller as design variables and by taking the comprehensive dynamic performance of automobile as target function.The simulation and test results show that this method can improve the controllability and stability,ride comfort,maneuverability and safety of automobile.
