变轴交角渐开线齿轮啮合理论和设计

【摘要】 为了提供合理的变轴交角渐开线齿轮传动设计方法,基于双自由度齿轮啮合理论,对这种传动进行了研究。在轴交角变动范围内,由相配齿轮2齿面无根切导出两轮支座摆动轴线位置和相配齿轮2工作齿宽的计算公式,得到支座摆动轴线与渐开线齿轮1轴线间距l1的许用最小值l1min和最大值l1max;得到不同轴交角Σ时的重合度计算公式;推导出啮合点瞬时接触椭圆参数的计算公式。研究表明:取l1接近l1min时,相配齿轮2工作齿宽最大;轴交角|Σ|为最大时重合度ε最大,Σ=0时ε最小;相配齿轮2中断面分度圆啮合点处的瞬时接触椭圆参数接近其余各点的平均值,可由该点来评价接触质量,使计算大为简化。为这种传动的几何设计,提供一套详尽的计算方法。

【Abstract】 In order to supply a reasonable design method for involute gear pair with variable shaft angle,this kind of gear pair is studied based on the gear meshing theory of two degrees of freedom.The formulae of calculating the position of the swing axle of the two gear stands and the working width of the mated gear are derived according to what there is no undercut on the face of the mated gear within the range of shaft angle,the permissible minimum and maximum value of the distance between the swing axle and the axle of the involute gear are obtained;the formula to calculate the contact ratio different shaft angle is obtained;the parameters of instantaneous contact ellipse of the meshing point are deduced.The results indicate the working width of the mated gear reach the maximum value when the distance between the swing axle and the axle of the involute gear is closed to the permissible maximum value;the maximum contact ratio is obtained when the absolute value of the maximum shaft angle is chosen and the minimum one is gained when the shaft angle is zero;the parameters of instantaneous contact ellipse of the meshing point on the reference circle of the middle section of the mated gear are very close to the average value of other points,therefore,the contact quality can be evaluated according to this point,which can greatly simplify the calculation.A set of exhaustive methods of the geometric design of this kind of transmission is supplied.
